Help! My new 80 hour TiVo II is on the blink. The TiVo trouble shooters
have diagnosed it as a bad disk problem. So I will return it hopefully
without any hassle since it is within 30 days of purchase. But my concern
is how can I be sure of getting the latest model. I hear there are
different versions of software, etc.
