Strike Back - new series by
Rhino
Can anyone enlighten me on what's happened to Strike Back, Series/Season 6?
I was watching it every Tuesday night and had gotten to episode 5
without difficulty; then, for no reason I've heard, it stopped airing in
mid-series a few weeks back. Any idea when the remaining episodes will
be shown?...

Satellite switchover by
BrritSki[_2_]
Hi, my Sky+ box in Italy has stopped working with the satellite change,
but a friend nearby in France with a Sky+ HD box is still getting BBC etc.
Is switching to a Sk+ HD box the long-term answer to this or is a bigger
dish needed ?
TIA

*WARNING* "Win A Million" scratchcard (Purely Creative) scam, inSky Magazine by
[H]omer
This is a heads-up warning to all Sky customers.
I'm sure you've all had one of these scratchcards before.
Brace yourself; you're about to get a whole lot more.
They invariably come as little scratchcards inside the sky magazine, but
also I have been getting these sent to me through the post...

Sky+ Box by
DJH
I'm just about to cancel Sky - we're at the point now where we can no longer
afford it and we've been through the half price negotiating bit many times.
We have a Sky+ Box. After cancelling Sky, is that totally redundant? Will it
not be able to record Freeview channels?
And what about the stuff...

tennis on sky sports by
Mike.. . . .
We recently added the Sky Sports channels to get more tennis coverage.
However,Beijing and Tokyo are now live and we have live Beijing on
TennisTV. Sky Sports listing show "live" coverage of Tokyo day 3, but
its actually quarter final day today. (its also highlights - hardly
live).
So, do Sky not...

How is multiroom connected? by
paddytt
We have booked Sky to install three boxes into a property that we are
currently renovating, and the electrician wants to get some wiring in
"properly" hidden so we don't have the Sky guy running cables along
the skirting. Can anyone tell me:
- are the additional Sky multiroom boxes wired in...

SKY+ Box and ethernet connections...? by
paddytt
Hi
We are planning to have Sky installed during the renovation of our
"new" old house. Does anyone know if Sky supply an HD box with a
standard Sky+ connection, or do you still get the old style Sky+ box?
The reason I ask is because we want to be able to connect to the
internet through an...

Sky v Virgin Media by

I am currently with Virgin Media for Telephone & 2MB Broadband. I am
charged £30 for this service + call cost of around £5 per month. I also
subscribe to Sky+ with Sports for £36 per month. Total £71 per month.
I am thinking of switching to Sky as I think web/email access is slower

Sky HD Box fault by
Ed[_9_]
For the second time this year my Sky HD box has 'forgotten' about VOD
style Anytime+ and reverted to the standard 'push' Anytime.
I called them today and whilst they would not admit this was a fault,
they acknowledged that HD boxes have a habit of doing this. Perhaps
it's a 'feature' like the...

PIN by
Mr Pounder
The wife likes to record films in the afternoon - Sky HD box.
She can watch all of these films but some are asking for a PIN to record
them.
I have no idea what the PIN is.
If I ring Sky will they tell me?
Thanks
Mr Pounder
