cheaper deal if you take a refurbished box? by Alistair
I'm wondering if recently (within the last month or so) there was a deal whereby you could upgrade to sky plus (as an existing subscriber) at a reduced rate if you took a refurbished box instead of a new one. did I imagine this or was it true?

Transfer vs New Install by Tom Hawley
Evening, I am moving next week, and am at the end of my 1st year with Sky. My query is simply, if I end my subscription now, can my housemate sign up to a new customer deal at my new house? Logically I can't see how they would know, or even if it is an ethical issue. Could somebody talk me through...

Static in my skybox by R D S
I have a Pace digibox, I was fiddling round the back (ooer) because of a sound problem, turned out to be the channel, but as I touched the rear of the box it made my fingers tingly. This continued even when I switched the power off at the socket. I guess this isn't normal, should I worry, what can...

Frog down the throat by [email protected]
Frog down the throat You can't seem to switch on ITV or Sky these days without coming across the Jamsters Ring Tones Ads. This aggressive campaign must be costing them a fortune and I can't help feeling may have a negative effect by the overkill frequency of the ads. The frog I assume, is supposed...

Sky + problems.... by Luke Curtis
Got a sky + box V1 with the HD replaced with an 80 gig which has been working fine for a year or so with the new HD drive in but the free space suddenly dropped from 40% to 2% with no obvious reason, this missing 38% is rather annoying me since nothing is taking up this space. Is this any was of...

Pictures not matching sound - Sky fault? by Matthew Long
I guess I'm kind of picky when it comes to certain things, but does anyone else notice that watching (most) Sky digital channels, peoples lips don't quite match the sound? It's not a lot of difference, but to me, it seems the sound is a fraction behind the picture. It's not really a big problem,...

F1 qualifying LIVE on ITV 2 today :-) by The Wizard
Just in case because strangely ITV is'nt even mentioning it when they're advertising the F1...How strange. It could have been worse to know they could'nt show it live because of the *important* Beverly Hills Cops movie (Which somehow will remind everyone of that damned Frog!) As I type they've...

Digi Sender for Sky + by Kevin Lewis
Anybody got a Digi Sender connected to Sky +? I've seen many advertised, on a variety of sites. They all say they are compatible with Sky Digital. The odd one (the most expesnsive 4-way job) says it is Sky + compatible. There is another that says it is not, but most don't stipulate. I'm...
